Ingredients
- 250g. wholewheat flour - 50g. buckwheat flour - 1 handful of hazelnuts - 1 handful of walnuts - 1 pack of baking powder - a pinch of salt - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil - 1 handful of raisins - 4-5 dried apricots - 4-5 dried prunes - 200mL - 250mL water Préparation Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a large bowl, combine the flours, nuts, baking powder, salt and the dried fruits (previously chopped). Mix well and then add the water and vegetable oil. Once it everything is well combined, pour the mixture into two small cake tins or one medium one. Let it bake for approximately 45 minutes !
